Todos Juntos is proud to announce the search for its next Executive Director. Todos Juntos’ founder and current Executive Director, Eric Johnston, started this organization twenty three years ago by providing leadership programming to Latino Youth and families in rural Clackamas County. Today, the organization has 36 staff, a $1,500,000 operating budget and serves 1,800 children, youth and families of every racial and ethnic background in four rural communities in Clackamas County.
In this unique role, the Deputy Director will serve alongside Eric Johnston, Todos Juntos’ Executive Director for the first year. This will ensure a smooth transition and increase the capacity of the organization to build relationships and partnerships with community members, schools, funders and government partners. After the first year, the Deputy Director will become the Executive Director and Eric Johnston will move into an advisory role.
